Spring water in Hadano-shi has been used by people since ancient times. The group of springs in Hadano Basin was chosen as one of "the 100 best waters in Japan" in 1985, and selected as the top under the delicious water category in "the nationwide election for the best waters" held by the Ministry of the Environment in 2016. We are growing crops by using this "delicious water".
